Welcome to the April issue of The Traveler - and Happy May Day! We present the April issue and a wish for a happy May Day, which can mean only one thing - we're just a tad behind schedule this month - err... I mean last month! So let's not waste any time and get right to what's in store for you for this issue: We'll take a unique look at Her Majesty's Realm for our feature articles this month (let's not forget that New Zealand still honors - or should I say honours - the Queen as their own). Both old, new, and out of the ordinary. Jolly good! We'll go from the World Buskers Festival on the South Island of New Zealand, to a meeting of old and new in Ireland, and finally to a historic look at Abbotsford and the land of Sir Walter Scott. All our writers this month are new to The Traveler and we welcome them to our growing network of writers from all over the world. For the April travel writing pick-of-the-month we reprise an old favorite to help us stay with our British theme for this month. Of course, no issue is complete without the latest ideas, bargains, and resources for all your spring and summer (or fall and winter) travel.
